How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

If you wish to stop receiving our emails, simply click the “unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of any email.

Why haven’t I received my entire order?

While we make every effort to ship your items together, there are times that we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments. The most common reason for dividing an order is item availability.

I'm unsure about a size. How can I get help?

You can view our sizing chart in each product page to help with sizing.

Will I pay for custom fees?

International orders might be subject to customs fees. CHGBRAND is not responsible for import duties/fees on orders shipped internationally. Taxes and duties are to be collected upon delivery. These charges are determined by each individual country.

What forms of online payment do you accept?

We accept most cards through Stripe and Paypal: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc

How can I retrieve or reset my password?

To retrieve or reset your password, click SIGN IN / REGISTER at the top right of any page and click Forgot Your Password?. Enter your registered account’s email address and click SEND EMAIL.
Please note that this may take a few minutes to reach your email inbox. We would also recommend checking your spam folder in your inbox if you have not received the password reset email.
The password reset email will provide a link that will prompt you to update the password associated with your CHGBRAND account. Passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters with at least 1 number and 1 alphabetic character.
Once you have received confirmation that your password has been reset, you can return to the home screen and sign in into your account using your new password by clicking into SIGN IN / REGISTER at the top right of any page.
